Prices start @ $350.00 for a 2.5 k sq ft home $50 + for each additional 500 sq ft

Additional Services: Thermography Radon Testing Lead Testing in older homes (pre 1980)
Our home inspection fees include a free Structural Pest Inspection-Conductive Conditions Report compliant with WASHINGTON Real Estate Laws
