Professional computerized reporting!
Typically, the complete inspection report will be 30 to 80 pages long and includes a description of the property, its various systems and components. Digital photographs are included to enhance understanding and documentation. The report will also detail the inspection process, specifically identifying what was inspected and how, or what was not inspected and why.
A Complete Wood Destroying Organism inspection and report is also performed with every inspection at no additional charge. The WDO report will cover such things as water penetrations, conductive conditions and potential problem issues that could contribute to future problems for you as a home owner. Finally, there is an appendix which supplies additional home and maintenance related data.
To facilitate Real Estate transactions, inspection findings are distilled into a summary in PDF format which is e-mailed the same day along with the WDO report. This allows prompt attention to inspection findings without having to review the entire report. The complete inspection report described above can be delivered in a variety of ways including:
* Email (PDF)
* CD ROM
